Context

Equipment maintenance involves more than recording a fault. Work needs an owner, a clear sequence of states, and a manager who can verify completion. Orbit Maintain brings those steps into a shared workflow.

Problem

A submitted job is not necessarily an approved job. Dispatch, technician work, inventory usage and manager review need distinct rules so responsibility stays visible.

Solution

The Laravel application manages work orders and equipment; the Vue workspace provides role-specific actions. The workflow separates acceptance, submission and approval, with a timeline for the record.

Outcome

Dispatch, technician submissions, equipment history and manager approval are connected in one application.

Boundary

Deployed in a private JFZ installation. The portfolio shows the sign-in screen; operational records and the installation address remain private.
