Context

An internet subscription is something people need to understand quickly: the active package, remaining usage, renewal timing and whether there is an incident. The application organizes those questions around the customer.

Problem

Customers need to distinguish an active service from a pending renewal, a failed payment or an incident. Each state needs a clear explanation and an appropriate next action.

Solution

The prototype includes subscription switching, usage, invoices, renewal review and support. The native beta uses Expo and React Native, with Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces.

Outcome

The browser prototype and native beta demonstrate subscription switching, usage review, renewal states and support in Arabic and English.

Boundary

Prototype and native beta in development. Production backend integration is unresolved; subscriber and financial values are fixtures, with no live payments or account changes.
